FLUID BODY —an immersive workshop carefully crafted from years of professional contemporary dance experience and infused with a diverse array of movement modalities. This journey is not merely a workshop; it's a self-inquiry approach, an invitation to rediscover the inherent beauty within the dance of self-expression.

A guided experience, "FLUID BODY" seamlessly integrates explorational somatic approaches, including  improvisation practices, contemporary dance techniques, floor work, contact, and therapeutic methodologies like somatic experiencing, focusing, and visualization. This fusion fosters a deeper connection with the present moment, allowing participants to explore different qualities of movement dynamics and master skills that enable genuine relationships with themselves, others, and the world beyond the studio.

Conducted as a dynamic movement laboratory, the "FLUID BODY Workshop" serves as a space for honest self-communication. As the workshop progresses through different levels, tasks, and movement suggestions evolve, inviting improvisation and encouraging the breaking off movement habits and patterns. Dance occurs in pairs and singles, exploring the power of a group.
